We are pleased to inform you that we have just developed a new technology grinder without using any emery stones called ATD 400 the principal is grinding through centrifugal force, no adjustment needed. No loss of nutrition during grinding. Water cooling system installed including radiator. Tahini output temperature is 90°C. We keep sesame from heat. This causes better quality because we protect tahini by cooling system. The color is brightener, in a less time we get tahini, more fluidity’s tahini keeps oil inside more than emery stone grinder output. Tahini can be served on market without loosing the view. As you know it is a bad view to see tahini and its oil separate in market. Our machine has complete body made of stainless steel. Capacity is 400kg per hour (depends on the quality of roasted sesame) automatic. Processor controlled operation Centrifuge can spin between 0- 3000 rpm/min thanks to speed adjuster Amount of sesame feed is controlled by processor according to tem perature of tahini. Water temperature controlled automatically 30kw motor. The knowledge about our new machine is special for you. We wish you will use this opportunity.
